When I clicked that box, it was resolved. The box was UNCLICKED for Make Outlook the default program for E-mail, Contacts and Calendars. In the General tab there is a section that is called: Start up options. I have no problem adding external e-mail addresses and being able to save. This worked in the past and doesn't anymore. I have current system updates added to my system. I did find a work around where I can put these characters before and after the e-mail address "" (minus the quotes), and then it would actually save.īut, we also have distribution lists and I cannot get those to stick (even if I use the e-mail address with the quotes) - so running into issues. I've been able to modify them as needed.Īll of the sudden, I cannot add internal users to my Quick Steps - will not allow me to save. I have many saved Quick Steps that work brilliantly. Hello - I am experiencing this issue as well with not being able to save quick steps.
